Meet Andrea Tevini

After 16 years of owning a party rental business, I joined Annadel Insurance in 2015. I recently ventured on my own under Andrea Tevini Insurance Services. I was looking for a new profession where I could put my customer skills to work on a deeper, more personal level. I am dedicated to exceptional customer service and understanding of my client's individual needs. I will provide you with all the information necessary to make an informed decision about your coverage options. I am an educator. I am not a salesperson. I married my high school sweetheart and when I am not working, I enjoy spending time outside hiking with him, or my three grown children and I am a Pilates fanatic!

My mission is to be known throughout my community as Trusted Insurance Advisor contributing to my client’s financial security and peace of mind by providing clear education and guidance in selecting health insurance that fits their needs.

Goals

To help you understand your health and drug insurance plan options so you can make educated choices that best fit your needs, preferences, budget and assist you with any questions, concerns or issues that might arise through the year. I don't disappear after enrollment. I am here as a resource all year long.

What you can expect when you contact me:

During our initial conversation I conduct an intake of your needs, preferences, prescriptions, and existing coverage. I set a follow-up phone appointment, allowing time for me to research and compare insurance plans.
I review and discuss the results of my research with you. If it is determined there can be improvement to your insurance coverage and/or costs I can set up an appointment to discuss your options in detail.
At that time, if you decide a change of coverage is appropriate, I process enrollment into your new plan for a smooth transition.

Ongoing Communications

I stay in close contact with you after enrollment in a new plan to confirm receipt of your new ID cards, understanding of coverage, etc., and answer any additional questions you may have.
I strive to know you on a personal level to provide a high level of personal service.
Ie offer annual reviews at no cost to you, making sure you are informed about plan changes and options to meet your changing needs and financial situation.
I provide key Medicare updates and educational resource information throughout the year.

As an Independent Broker, I work for you. I represent many insurance companies and provide objective recommendations based on your needs. I am paid directly from the insurance companies, so there are no fees or costs to you for my services and expertise. And I will refer you to any plan I do not offer should it better meet your needs.
